This video is about complex total hip replacement in neglected developmental dysplasia or congenital dislocation of the hip joints . In this condition there are defects in the hip joints from the birth resulting in early secondary osteoarthritis of the hip joints. There is shortening of both lower limbs as the hip joints are dislocated and placed more proximally.
