It is quite interesting how time can heal wounds. Many are the things that happen in one’s life, which actually tests one’s faith in God. My name is Mrs Ethel Tobechukwu Agu, from Nigeria and I believe Dr Basavaraj is a God sent to mankind not only for Indians and BGS hospital.

12 years, 12 years of suffering from rheumatoid arthritis hmm! Just imagining and eight years of chronic bedridden status taught that was it, till finally, he, he Dr Basavaraj walked into my life to give me hope and assurance that, there is nothing that God haven’t made provision for. He is indeed a man of his words, loving, understanding, welcoming, and trust me, words can’t define his personality.

I am NRI(Non Resident Indin) for about thirty years.
Now I am retired and settled at Rajarajeswari Nagar. Bangalore.

I was suffering from Knee joint pain on both my legs. But my left knee was severe.
In the year 2012, I met Dr.Basavaraj, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at BGS Global Hospitals, Kengeri, Bangalore.
After examining my knees he advised me to go for Knee Replacement Surgery and left the decision on me to go for surgery when I have severe pain.

I was out of the country during March 2015. There I developed severe pain which was unbearable.
I arrived Bangalore on April 2015 and took appointment with Doctor on 22nd April and decided to go for Knee Surgery.
I was admitted on 26th April and was operated on 27th April on my left knee.
I was in the hospital for five days and discharged.

I thank Dr.Basavaraj, his team of Doctors and Nurses.
My personnel gratitude to Dr.Basavaraj for the successful operation and for the special care taken on me even during post-operatve period.

Now I am relieved of my earlier pain and able to walk long distance and lead a normal life.

I wish Dr.Basavaraj a great success in his profession as Orthopaedic Surgeon and the Almighty give him a healing touch to the patients he attends.
